Once processing, customization, or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
This applies especially to personalized or made-to-order products.
2. Customized & Personalized Products
Products customized based on customer inputs (names, images, messages, dates, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
MAYA Gifts is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Preview approvals (if provided) are deemed final once confirmed.
3. Digital & Experience-Based Products
Digital products and experience-based gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Access to digital experiences may depend on third-party platforms and device compatibility.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations or external platform limitations.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
The product is defective upon delivery
Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos must be shared as proof
Products must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
